When you register and apply for a loan in the CreditVibe app, we collect only the information required to verify your identity, calculate your credit score, and disburse funds:
- Identity Information: Full name, date of birth, phone number, email address, and Bank Verification Number (BVN).
- Bank Account Details: Your Nigerian commercial bank account number to disburse approved loans and process repayments.
- Device & App Usage Information: Device model, operating system version, and IP address strictly for fraud detection and account security.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To verify your identity and prevent unauthorized access or fraud.
- To evaluate your eligibility for instant cash loans (₦10,000 – ₦800,000) and determine your repayment schedule (91 – 365 days).
- To transfer approved loan funds directly to your bank account and manage repayments.
- To provide customer support and respond to account inquiries.
4. Strict App Permissions & Privacy Commitment
CreditVibe respects your privacy on your mobile device. We never access, harvest, or message your phone book contacts, private photos, or media files, and we never sell your personal data to third-party advertisers.

All data transmitted between the CreditVibe app and our servers is encrypted using TLS/SSL. You have the right to request the deletion of your account and personal data at any time (provided you have no outstanding loan balance) either directly inside the CreditVibe app settings or by emailing [email protected].
